So, when Mike comes with me to walk the pooch, we average 2.6mph. When it's just me and the pooch, we're more like 3.5mph. When I'm spitting with fury about people pratting me about, it's 4.4mph....

Sounds about right. I certainly walk a lot faster when I'm in a bad mood. I have to slow down to not leave Julie behind!
