Ponder, ponder.
So, if Monday/Tuesday, then I miss the not very good but cheap lesson at my yard, and I don't get to see the shit bag for two days in a row.
If Monday/Wednesday, I miss my good, and still fairly cheap, weekly lesson up the road; although in some ways it's not an ideal fit for me (a bit too dressageish, tbh, especially as I don't have any glaring more immediate things I must work on), having a weekly lesson with a good instructor is a good thing. But I could swap it for a private lesson, instead, and alternate between side saddle and cross saddle, which would be good. Instructor only works M/T/W, though, so it would have to be on Tuesday, which would be ok. (If I keep doing the Wednesday class, I can of course also alternate saddles: this has already been suggested by Instructor, back when I first had a lesson with her.)
If Girl keeps Thursday, then I can't ride on Thursday (dur) but I can keep doing my Yogilates class, which I am quite enjoying. But I'd realistically only be riding three times a week (Weds or Tues, Friday, Sunday), which is sad-making.
If I swap Girl to earlier in the week, I can probably do my class but would have to play off the risk of getting stuck in traffic and being late against the risk of sitting waiting half an hour for the class to start, as there would be no point in coming home. Also, Girl wanted Thursday because her friend has a horse on Thursday as well. Note to self: find out if Girl's friend has any other days as well.
There is an actual Pilates studio near to the stables, so I could start going there instead. I don't know if I'd like proper Pilates, though. Note to self: check their class times.
Conclusion is probably that I don't mind if it's Tuesday or Wednesday (except possibly in the whole not having to go two days in a row sense), that Girl will have to change her day, and that I will have to ditch Yogilates in favour of something I can get to after riding with less of a variable travel time. Hmm.
Oh, in other news, I finished Tiny Tower. Those of you who've been playing may wish to know that there are currently 19 of each business type, meaning you can do it in 153 floors. Now I need a new casual game on my iPhone: any suggestions? Good things include quick loading, not requiring a data connection all the time, not being too money grabbing and not being too obsession-making. We Rule bad, Tiny Tower good. Pocket Frogs was good, too, and I'm almost considering wiping the file and reinstalling it to start it from scratch, unless anyone has a good suggestion?

Temple Run? It won't sustain you for as long as tiny tower but might do as a stop gap.
Dungeon Raid if you haven't already got it.
Triple Town has apparently just launched on iPhone, complete with its special *won't let you play too much* feature. S has scored 1.7million on Triple Town though so I have been sulking ever since.
My top tip for sussing out good iPhone games is TouchArcade forums, where the denizens are very keen and diligent. Look for things with long threads that aren't shooters.
Congrats on job.

Undercroft - old school RPG, easily my favourite. And it's free.
Highborn - cheap
Hunters - free (but I have a feeling you wouldn't like it)
Pyramid - fun, but only played the free demo, full version seemed a bit pricey
Crazy Nights - cheap
Also, War of Terror has made it from boardgame to iPhone. Cost a couple of quid, but I haven't tried this one yet.
