No more bandage

Jodie was back to the vet today, to have her leg checked. The vet was pleased with it, so the bandage has come off now. We have bought her a pair of stopper pad covers, which she's going to wear on walks and when she's in her crate, until the stitches come out on Monday. Fortunately, they fasten with velcro, so we heard it when she immediately undid them: I think she's going to have to have vet wrap over the top at night, or they'll be straight off.
On the plus side, she does seem mostly interested with licking it clean, rather than trying to pull the stitches out. And it is a bit stinky, but that's hardly surprising!
This is as close as I'm going to get to posting a photo of the actual wound, some of you will no doubt be pleased to hear: the nearer leg is the one she hurt, you can see the stopper pad because they shaved the hair off to work on it. The stitches are just on the bottom of the pad.
