How does one acquire Le Tour?

This year Tour organisers demanded that there be a timing point on a remote piece of motorway so engineers had to convince BT to bring a fiber connection 2km from a nearby farm. That connection is unlikely to ever be used for anything else. “I had no choice,” says Terreaux.
