Aww, that can't be much fun for her.

She's awake enough to go "ooh! human! come tickle my tummy!" but then afterwards she has to roll back over onto her belly and there is much whimpering involved.

Still, I dare say that by this time tomorrow we will be begging for the drugged up pooch, as she realises that there really will be No Walks At All....

In my experience, animals in pain mostly want to sleep a lot and demand intermittent attention/treats.

But that's never going to last a week, so yeah, you're going to have a lot of energy to deal with by the end of that. I hope the house survives it!
