Sugary
My vague conclusion on the rose hip syrup is that it's sugary, and faintly floral. We've also cracked open the marrons glacés, and... yeah, sugary, and vaguely chestnutty. Hmm. Not sure if that's how they're supposed to be or not: we shall try them on some guests who would have been unsuspecting if I hadn't just mentioned it on LJ....
Pooch's walk was, due to Mike wanting me to not leave the house while he was using the chainsaw, a bit later than usual. As we came back across the top of the hills, it was almost getting to sunset:
But then as we came back down the valley side, it was suddenly brighter:
Still, pooch had fun!
