Observations on life
Yesterday, on one of my many drives over Blackheath, I was behind a car with the numberplate T411 BAN. "Cor," I thought, "I'm surprised that the owner hasn't got rid of that!" Then I notice that (yes, yes, stereotypes, ect) the driver had a large and bushy beard, and that the car was really quite new. "Cor," I thought, "I'm surprised that the DVLA allowed that one to get vanity plated!"
Today, I've just been out to the shop (it's going to be hell tomorrow if it freezes tonight. It's about an inch and a half of wet, compacted slush on the footpaths). Coming back, I passed a girl in ginormous heels and hotpants (admittedly, with thick tights under them). I suppose that she did at least have a big scarf on....
