Ah, that's better....
The Up The Hills have been having problems with their phone line, and on Tuesday the BT man was trying to sort them out when our phone stopped working....
Yesterday a different BT man came, to see if the poles were safe to climb, and today a third one arrived and got it working again (eventually: he originally thought that it was the actual line needing replacement, but then he managed to get it sorted out).
I have quite a lot of internet to catch up on now.
