Harder than it needs to be
Mike and I are plotting a trip away, probably towards the end of next month or the start of the one after.
We've got lots of BAAir Miles Avios, so we thought we'd use them.
They really don't make it easy: the bit for booking hotels is on a different system from the one for booking flights. It's set up so that if you click to look at the details of a flight / hotel you can't then go back to the search screen if you want to look at a different one. You can look at flights by day but not say "I don't mind when I go but want a flight at a sensible time". You can't say "I want to go to Spain, show me all the flights to all the cities". You can book excursions on the hotel booking page but not the flight booking one....
Sigh. Much harder than it needs to be. But I suppose that if they made it easy then people would be more likely to use their points.
