So, Marks and Spencer has launched a new loyalty card, which doesn't actually seem to do anything but hey, may as well register the one that arrived in the post today.
Only they seem not to have done anything sensible like stagger their mailing dates, so that's their website buggered as thousands of women up and down the country have the same thought....
